YouthXChange connects university students and recent graduates with underserved communities through a structured skills exchange. The training is hands-on, locally relevant, and built around what communities can actually use.

Most skills development programs assume that knowledge flows from experts outward to communities that need it. YouthXChange is built differently. University students and recent graduates, trained and supported by YouthXcel Africa, work directly with young people in communities where access to practical skills training is limited not just the participants receiving training, but the young people delivering it as well.
