For most young people in Nigeria, career guidance is either unavailable or far too generic to be useful. The informal knowledge networks that help well-connected young people navigate consequential decisions simply do not reach the majority. The result is capable people making important choices without enough information and without support.

YouthXceler AI helps young people explore their interests and strengths, then points them toward specific opportunities, programs, and next steps that are genuinely relevant to their situation. The design is grounded in the real conditions of the communities it is built for.
